Market Garden Volunteer Induction

Hello from the Market Garden,

Thank you for your application to volunteer in the Market Garden at Meanwood Valley Urban Farm. We would like to invite you for a 30 minute induction at 9:30am on any Tuesday or Thursday that you can make.

What to expect: During your induction we will walk around the farm together and Andy or Jen will explain the history of the Market Garden project, where things are, and how to stay safe during your time volunteering with us. We will explain the layout of the garden, the structure of the volunteering programme and the different groups of people you might encounter whilst volunteering. We’ll discuss expectations and there will be a chance for you to ask questions.

After your induction you are welcome to stick around for our regular volunteering session which runs 10am – 3:30pm (but you’re welcome to head off whenever you like).
