Hampshire Medical Fund presents The Great Adventure Challenge on Sunday 14th June

It is with great regret that, after careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Great Adventure Challenge on 14th June.

As a community event, it was always important to us that the day had the atmosphere, energy and support it deserves. Sadly, June has proved particularly challenging for many families due to exams, school events and end-of-term commitments, and we felt it was better to find a date when more people are able to join us and enjoy the day to the full.

We are incredibly grateful for the enthusiasm and support you have shown in signing up for the event — it has made this decision all the harder.

The Great Adventure Challenge

Are you ready to take on an adventure you won’t forget?

The Great Adventure Challenge is all about fun. It’s not a race against the clock — it’s about teamwork, laughter and enjoying the challenge together. It’s a chance to team up with family or friends and tackle the fun-filled course that combines running (or walking) sections with obstacle challenges. No training needed, no pressure — just turn up and enjoy the ride.

Expect a course packed with exciting challenges, including rope crawls, cargo net climbs, monkey bars, balance runs and more. You’ll run, climb, crawl and cheer each other on every step of the way.

And just when you think it couldn’t get any better… you’ll finish with an epic 50m water slide and colour run finale!

Whether you’re 6 or 60, it’s all about teamwork, getting stuck in and making memories. Bring your friends or family and turn up ready for adventure!

• · Teams of up to four are invited to take part in this epic adventure challenge.
• · The event is suitable for children aged six and up and should include at least one adult (over 18).
• We'd be grateful if teams tried to raise a little sponsorship to support the Hampshire Medical Fund's work buying cutting-edge medical equipment for the NHS hospitals in Basingstoke, Andover and Winchester. But don’t let this stop you, even if you are not able to get any sponsorship, we'd love to see you  - but anything that is raised is genuinely appreciated, big or small!
