THE TEACHER

Kelsang Jangchub is a Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher of Kalpa Bhadra Kadampa Buddhist Centre. He has studied and practised Kadampa Buddhism for many years and is known for his good heart and dedication; he teaches in an open and accessible way making Buddha's teachings and the practice of meditation relevant to everyone.

Saturday 25 June | 10.00 am - 1.00 pm

Buddhism is the practice of Buddha's teachings which can be seamlessly integrated into daily life. In this course discover how Buddhist wisdom can help everyone find the correct methods to reduce and eventually cease all their problems and find lasting happiness. Through highly practical scientific methods learn how you can develop and transform your mind through contemplations and meditation that are as relevant today as they were thousands of years ago.

Timetable

10:00 – 11:00 am – Talk & meditation

11:30 – 12:00 pm – Guided meditation

12:15 – 12:45 pm – Guided meditation

Fee £15.00 (£12.50 early bird by 18 June) / free for Centre Cardholders

Tickets are limited due to social distancing, please book in advance to save your space

Accessibility the venue has level access and disabled toilets
