This short introductory course will provide an explanation of the Buddhist way of life. 2,500 years after the passing of Buddha his message continues to resonate with the people of the modern world. Discover who Buddha was, the essential principles of the Buddhist way of life and what it means to be a Buddhist. The course will include time for guided contemplations and meditations on the topics presented.
Fee £15.00 (£12.50 early bird by 02 July) / free for Centre Cardholders
