Saturday 19 November | 10 am - 5 pm

This meditative practice of taking and giving is an extraordinary way to transform all types of difficulty, including pain, illness, and anxiety into powerful causes of happiness. These meditation practices naturally heal both body and mind and help us develop our resilience and potential to help others.

On this day's retreat, in a stunning country setting, Buddhist monk and meditation teacher, Kelsang Jangchub will explain two main meditation practices. We can then combine these two practices with our breath, making every breath we take magical and meaningful. Includes discussion, question & answer session, refreshments and vegetarian buffet lunch.

Everyone welcome.
