with Buddhist monk & Resident Teacher Kelsang Jangchub
Saturday 18 February | 10 am - 1 pm
We live in an age of distraction when it is very rare to enjoy even a few moments of inner peace and happiness. What would it be like to be less distracted? How might it help us to be able to focus our mind on whatever we wanted and for as long as we wanted? On this half-day course with Buddhist monk Kelsang Jangchub, we will look at the benefits of developing mindfulness and the tools we need to cultivate concentration and integrate these into our daily life.
