Beginners Meditation Retreat

Learn how to choose kindness in your life and discover how becoming good-natured can solve many of our daily problems, improve our relationships with others and help maintain a happy and peaceful mind all the time. Includes three talks and guided meditations with experienced teachers. Everybody welcome.
