Kelsang Jangchub is Resident Teacher at Kalpa Bhadra Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Llandudno. He has studied Kadampa Buddhism for many years and taught in the UK and overseas. He is known for his good heart and ability to help others transform their lives through meditation and the practice of Buddha's teachings.

Introductory teaching based on the Three Principal Aspects of the Path as composed by the Great Buddhist Master Je Tsongkhapa. Je Tsongkhapa gave these instructions as advice from his heart and they contain all the essential meanings of the Buddhist spiritual path.
