Meditation Day Retreat

Saturday 30 Sept | 10 am - 5 pm

This retreat will help you to experience mental purity and inner peace through purifying your mind. To gain more familiarity with the instructions given during the recent blessing empowerment of Vajrasattva, this retreat includes four meditation sessions with prayers and guided meditations based on the four opponent powers.

Fee £25.00 (£20 Early bird by Sat 23 Sept) / £6 – FULL Centre Card (includes vegetarian lunch & refreshments in between sessions)
