Please join us for an evening of inspirational talks by the brilliant Alex Swatridge, Creative Partner at DutchScot and globally recognised lettering artist Seb Lester.

From picas to pictures

Typography is all around us. It’s a huge part of what makes graphic design so powerful, and it comes in all shapes and sizes. Great typography is more than just the message – it conveys feeling, personality and visual impact. It’s an art form in its own right and both our speakers are true pioneers.

You will need to bring your digital ticket (or a print out) with you which includes a free drink on arrival thanks to our generous sponsors Abyss Brewing

Attendees (aged 18+) are also invited to post talk drinks at the North Laine Brewhouse on Gloucester Place, Brighton.

Seb Lester will be selling limited edition artwork and prints in the foyer. Card payments accepted.

Directions
The Old Courthouse is at 118 Church Street, Brighton, BN1 1UD. There is a pedestrian alley to the left hand side as you stand in front of the main building. Walk down the alley and look for a side entrance with a swing sign above the door which reads Old Courtroom. This is the entrance to the event.
