Some quotes about our workshops:
"This workshop has really helped me to develop my confidence and helped me with social interactions. I have learned a lot and feel more comfortable in myself. I spend the whole session laughing and having fun!"
"I was nervous attending improv at first and nearly did not go into the venue . I am so glad I did. The workshop was safe, supportive and fun. I learnt a lot, built confidence and met some lovely people."
"If anyone who loves improv wants to actually give it a go then South Wales Improv and the workshops included are absolutely the place you need to go to. I've never laughed so much in all my life during a workshop!"
