Join us to discuss the key qualities and skills of a facilitative leader. Explore how we can encourage our teams and groups be more engaged and identify approaches that we use to help us lead in a more facilitative manner.
During this 90 min session we will use ToP’s Consensus Workshop methodology to explore in more detail the groups experiences of facilitative leadership and explore the key qualities and skills required to lead in this way.
Join experienced ToP trainers Megan Evans and Dawn Williams to experience the tried and tested Consensus Workshop method for developing group consensus both in face and online settings.
The Consensus Workshop method is one of the key foundational elements of ICA’s Technology of Participation (ToP)® Methodology, providing a five-stage process that enabling the facilitator to draw out and weave together everybody's wisdom into a clear and practical consensus. The method is one of two methods taught on ICA:UK’s acclaimed Group Facilitation Methods course.
Who is this free workshop aimed at:
Anyone who needs to facilitate group consensus confidently and effectively in both online and face to face settings. You could be middle/senior managers, organisational, team and business leaders, community activists, voluntary/NGO staff and independent facilitators in fact anyone who works with groups.
