Grab your mat and join us at True North Ale Co. for a 45 min beginner-friendly, gentle yoga class to benefit Cape Ann Animal Aid. Find your zen while enjoying the company of adorable, adoptable puppies! Ticket includes one post-class beverage (Non-alcoholic options available). All ages welcome.
