The Muslim Essentials Community Access Program provides structured Islamic learning for those seeking grounded study without formal assessment or long-term academic commitment.

Classes are taught by experienced scholars and rooted in the classical Islamic sciences, while remaining accessible to contemporary learners.

Term 3 Class Packages

Starts Tuesday July 21st - September 17th

Please read the subject options carefully. You will be required to select your preferred option during the registration.

Tuesday Subjects

• Islamic History I (Year 1) 6.30pm - 7.30pm
• Foundations of Islamic Psychology (Year 1) 7.45pm - 8.45pm
• Exploring Qur'anic Meaning (Year 2) 6.30pm - 7.30pm
• Islamic History III (Year 2) 7.45pm - 8.45pm

Thursday Subjects

• Islamic Eschatology (Year 1) 6.30pm - 7.30pm
  
• Making of the Modern Mind (Year 1) 7.45pm - 8.45pm
• Shama'il Muhammadiyyah* (Year 2) 6.30pm - 8.45pm 
  
  *run as a double period.

Fees (Term 1)

• $250 — 1 Unit
• $400 — 2 Units
• $500 — 4 Subjects (Full term)

How It Works

• Access to the MMS Learning Management System (Google Classroom)
  
• Access to in person lectures 
• Lecture slides and recordings provided - In-person attendance is strongly encouraged. Recordings are available if attendance is not possible.
• No assessments

• Location: Ilim College, Kiewa Campus

• Lecture Access & Recordings
  In-person attendance is strongly encouraged. While lecture recordings are usually provided, there may be technical or unforeseen issues where recordings are unavailable.
  The Seminary is not liable for missed or unrecorded sessions.
