🎟️ Ticketing Terms & Conditions

Filipino Festival 2026

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticket Validity

• Each ticket admits one person only.
• Tickets must be presented (digital or printed) for entry.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless authorized by the organizers.

2. Age Policy (STRICTLY ENFORCED)

• This is a family-friendly event.
• Children’s tickets apply to ages 5–15 only must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
• Children under 5 years old enter free but must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
• Anyone aged 16 and above must purchase an Adult ticket.
• Age checks will be conducted on the day.
• Any attempt to misuse child tickets (e.g. posing an adult as a child) may result in refused entry without refund.

3. ID & Alcohol Policy

• Alcohol will be sold inside the venue.
• Valid photo ID is required for:
  • Entry age verification (if requested)
  • Purchase of alcohol at any bar station
• Failure to present valid ID will result in no alcohol service, regardless of ticket type.

4. 🚫 NO DRINKS ALLOWED (STRICTLY ENFORCED)

• No outside drinks or alcohol are permitted inside the venue.
• ALL drinks must be purchased within the venue only.
• Drinks brought from outside will be confiscated.
• Refusal to comply may result in denied entry or removal without refund.

5. Children’s Tickets Verification

• Children’s tickets will be checked on entry.
• Organizers reserve the right to request proof of age for child ticket holders.
• Incorrect ticket purchase may result in:
  • Ticket upgrade requirement at the gate (subject to availability), or
  • Refusal of entry without refund.

6. Security, Bags & Venue Policy

• Bag checks are mandatory as part of venue safety and security requirements.
• Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):
  • Weapons or sharp objects
  • Illegal substances
  • Outside alcohol or drinks
• Refusal to comply with security checks may result in denied entry.

7. FOOD & Allergens (IMPORTANT)

• All food stalls will clearly display allergen information
  • Attendees are responsible for checking allergens and advising vendors before purchase.

8. Behaviour, Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

• Bullying, harassment, verbal abuse, or aggressive behavior towards:
  • Festival staff
  • Volunteers
  • Organisers
  • Performers
  • Other attendees
    will NOT be tolerated.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual engaging in inappropriate or unsafe behaviour without refund.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

• All ticket sales are final.
• Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of full festival cancellation.
• No refunds will be issued for:
  • Incorrect ticket purchases
  • Late arrival or no-shows
  • Failure to meet age or ID requirements

10. Event Changes

• The organizers reserve the right to:
  • Amend schedules, programme content, or performances
  • Substitute artists or activities if required
• Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

11. Photography & Media

• By attending, you consent to photography, video, and audio recording for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation.

12. Liability

• Attendance is at your own risk.
• The organisers are not responsible for:
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
  • Injuries unless caused by organiser negligence

13. Weather Policy

• The festival will proceed rain or shine, unless deemed unsafe by organizers or authorities.
• Weather conditions do not qualify for refunds.

14. Acceptance of Terms

• Purchase of a ticket constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal without refund.
