We spend so much of life composed — holding it together, keeping it explained. Embodied Poetry is a space where none of that is required. Where being unprepared is not only allowed, but might be exactly where the magic starts.

What stories does your body tell?
Every day we use words and movement — mostly on autopilot, mostly with an agenda. This is an invitation to drop both, and to let Authentic Movement and Intuitive Writing meet each other unscripted.
We move. We write. We witness — alone and with a partner.
What happens in between, we discover together.

About me
My name is Melina, I am a dance and movement therapist. I've seen how the body holds what language hasn't found yet, and how language can release what the body has been carrying.
That's why I created Embodied Poetry — a space where movement and words meet each other, unscripted.
I invite you to come unready, raw, and curious. Let's discover what's alive in you, together.
