Q. I have a discount code - can I use it on all ticket types?

A. Discount codes are valid for General Sale and Final Release tickets only. They cannot be applied to Early Bird tickets, as these are already offered at a reduced price.

Q. When will the schedule of presentations be published, and where?

A. The schedule of presentations will be uploaded on to the Mello Events website, on the front page, 10 days before the event, but will be subject to minor change.

Q. What are the timings for MelloLondon?

A. The event runs from 9am - 6pm. The full schedule with timings for each day will be released on the Mello Events website 10 days before the event. Doors open from 8:30am. 

Q. How do I get to the Clayton Hotel Chiswick?

A. The Hotel has a convenient location and is accessible by a range of transport links. Gunnersbury Station is only 2 minutes walk from the hotel where you will find the District Line together with overground lines towards Central London. Kew Bridge Station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, bringing you to London Waterloo in less than 30 minutes. Taxis can also be arranged by hotel reception upon request. Bus routes H91, 237, 267 & 391 all depart from outside the hotel towards Hammersmith, Ealing, Richmond, Brentford & Hounslow.

Q. Will there be food and drinks available to purchase?

A. Yes, there is a restaurant facility inside the Hotel as well as a bar which sells drinks and bar food within the Exhibitor area.

Q. Can we park our car on-site and how much will it cost?

A. Yes, there are 90 car parking spaces on-site and it costs £2.70 per hour & £22 overnight.

Q. I would like to stay at the Clayton Hotel overnight, is that possible and what is the cost?

A. Yes, rooms are available and cost £161.00 BB per room on single occupancy on 17th November and £181.00 for 18th November, with an extra person: £10.00 per room, per night

Travelodge London Chiswick High Road is a 5 minute walk away. Prices start at £104.99 for one night

Premier Inn Chiswick is a 4 minute cab ride away (or 29 minute walk if you are feeling active!) and rooms start from £29.50 per night

Novotel London Brentford is a 4 minute drive away (or 23 minute walk) and rooms start from £95 per night.

Best Western Chiswick is a 6 minute drive away (or 25 minute walk) and rooms start from £98 per night
