Join us every Thursday at Green Pasture Still Water Wellness Center on Hertel Ave for two back-to-back classes designed to restore balance in body, breath and raise spirits.

4:30pm Awaken the Inner Smile
Learn the foundational practices of Taoist 5 element theory. Develop a connection with the inner organ systems to create harmony in the body. Includes activation sequences, detoxifying & tonifying and tension & release techniques.

5:30pm Tao Flow Yoga
Move with the breath into postures that build strength & flexibility focusing on the spine, the core & the inner systems of the body. Combines elements from Dao Yin & Vinyasa Styles of yoga with Qigong & tai chi foundations.
