Baby Massage (Term 7)

These classes are for babies aged 6 weeks up to the point they start actively crawling.

The classes will take place in a cosy, intimate setting with soft lighting and a calming atmosphere. This course will be held every Friday at the same time, consisting of a total of four sessions, each lasting one hour.

Each week, we'll begin with a brief chat and introduction before diving into the focus of the session—the new body part we'll be massaging. There will be a break midway, giving you time to enjoy refreshments, feed your baby, or take a short walk if needed.

It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous when starting a class without knowing anyone, but rest assured, our class is a calm, welcoming space where you’ll join a supportive community of parents. You'll have the opportunity to bond with your baby while learning the wonderful benefits of baby massage and making new friends.

In the final session of each course, we’ll have a cosy DIY photoshoot corner for you and your little one. You’ll find teddies, candles etc to make the moment extra special. It’s a wonderful chance to capture those precious moments.

Please note if you have any concerns with your baby's health please ensure this has been checked with your GP and your baby is cleared for massage. For new-borns, please ensure their 6-week check-up is done before attending.
