MENO FEST- The Menopause Festival

MENOFEST is a one-day conference with one HUGE goal:

We want to provide women approaching and in menopause the most current, science-based information about their bodies, hormones, and health. 

We aim to improve the quality of women’s lives--specifically the second half, by giving them the best tools and information possible so they can advocate for and take care of their body and mind!
