Menopause Cafe charity helps start conversations about the menopause.

At our pop-up cafes hosted in person and online, worldwide, people meet to drink tea, eat cake and talk menopause. No experts, no speakers, no expectations. You set the agenda!

At our annual Menopause Festival, #FlushFest,  we have a speakers including medical experts and a range of creative workshops where you can explore the menopause through the arts.   Learn a little, laugh a lot!  Find your tribe, meeting like-minded people who all want to know more about the menopause.
