Drink, Eat, Talk...bringing a hidden topic into the open. Starting conversations about Menopause for all.

The Menopause Café movement was started in Perth , Scotland, in 2017 by Rachel Weiss, and has spread worldwide, with volunteers now hosting pop-up events in the UK, Bahrain, Mexico, USA, Austria and India.

Further dates and venues will follow throughout the year. There is no set agenda, no speaker promoting their own ideas, just people getting together to talk about an issue that will affect half the world's population at some point. Everyone is welcome, and gender, any age. The purpose of a Menopause Café is to simply get people taking and bringing this subject out of the dark corner it's been pushed into for so long.
