Men Roping Men 2026 is a weekend conference focused on education and community building for men and masc-leaning non-binary, trans, and gender nonconforming folks who enjoy or are curious about rope.
The conference heads to New York City, October 9-11, 2026.
MRM welcomes rope enthusiasts of all skill levels — from those just starting out, to experienced riggers looking to deepen their practice. However you engage with rope, there's a path here for you.
Learning Tracks
New for 2026, MRM is introducing dedicated learning tracks: multi-session intensives that run across the full course of the weekend, focused on a specific topic and skill level. Tracks were designed from the ground up just for MRM — you'll work with the same group of ropers and the same instructors all weekend long, building on each session as you go.
This year's tracks include a Beginner Track, for those new to rope and available as available as single tickets, and a Suspension Track for riggers ready to take their work off the ground, tickets sold in pairs.

Open Format Classes Prefer more flexibility? Open format classes run alongside the tracks all weekend, covering a range of topics with different instructors and perspectives. This is the format you are used to from the previous two years.
Beyond the Classroom Over the course of the weekend, attendees will also have 12 hours of unstructured open tying time, and a Friday afternoon unconference where you set the agenda, performances, and plenty of space to connect and play with other ropers
