Description
How to Support Your Child with Worry and Anxiety - for parents and carers of primary school aged children
Brought to you by Me & My Mind, the Mental Health Support Teams working in schools in East Sussex.
Grab you lunch or a drink and enjoy our webinar. Don't worry, your camera and microphone will be off so you can watch in privacy, even whilst you are doing other things. Children are welcome to watch as well.
Anxiety is a normal and a healthy human reaction. When anxiety is mild to moderate, it can often improve performance but sometimes anxiety can become a problem when it interferes with everyday life. This online workshop will include practical things to do at home and share with your child, as well as lots of tips and advice to help with managing anxiety and worry.
About this event
