Need help?
Supporting Your Child With Exam Stress - for parents and carers of secondary school aged children
Brought to you by Me & My Mind, the Mental Health Support Teams working in schools in East Sussex.
Stress and anxiety is a normal reaction to having to take an exam. When it is mild to moderate, it can often improve performance but sometimes if anxiety and stress becomes too high it can have the opposite affect. This online workshop will include practical things to do at home and share with your child, as well as lots of tips and advice to help with managing exam anxiety and stress before and during exams.
