Who would benefit from the course?

We strongly believe that our communities will be safer, happier, and more prosperous the greater the number of people that have an awareness of mental health. Anyone can contribute to reducing stigma and increasing resources around mental health. This course is an ideal starting point for communities, organisations or workplaces to initiate a conversation about mental health or top up on knowledge about key themes. You do not need any previous experience and anyone aged 16+ can join.
