Extra Dip!

We're thrilled to be welcoming you this extra dip!

However you're feeling and whether you want to dip, swim, paddle or just come along to a friendly group for a chat you'll be very welcome.

Please book a place even if you're not going in the sea.

We'll meet at the Slope beach (Seaham harbour) at the stared time. Look for a pink pirate flag! We'll have a chat about the sea/weather conditions before getting changed and heading in approximately 15 minutes later.

You’re very welcome to participate as much or as little as you choose - some people choose to just watch for their first session. We always go out of our way to make everyone very welcome at our sessions. 

This event may be cancelled in the event of unsafe road access, sea or weather conditions. Please take extra care in the carpark (especially when icy) as there are no footpaths and it is often busy with other beach and pier users. Please take care on the metal steps leading down to the beach as they can become slippery.
