Join our free 1-hour webinar on Wednesday 2 July at 4pm, and discover how youth charity, Mentoring Plus, supports young people through award-winning, personalised 1:1 mentoring – proven to deliver positive, lasting outcomes for young people aged 5–25 in Bath & North East Somerset.
What young people gain through 1:1 mentoring
By engaging with our weekly, positive, inclusive and child-led mentoring programmes, young people facing challenges such as poor mental health, disengagement from school, and family breakdown, can:

Our mentoring programmes are designed to complement existing services – making them a valuable resource for schools, SEND, social care, agencies and other professionals looking to bridge gaps in support and improve outcomes for young people.

What we’ll cover:
Introduction to Mentoring Plus
Overview of our services and impact
- Primary Mentoring – Weekly support in term-time from trained mentors for ages 7-11 for 1 year
- Volunteer Mentoring – Weekly support from trained mentors for ages 11-21 (up to 25 with a SEND diagnosis), available for up to 12 months
- Professional Mentoring – Weekly 1:1 support from skilled mentors for ages 5–25 with more complex needs. Minimum of 14 weeks mentoring
- Student & Family Support Service – Tailored packages supporting school reintegration, Fair Access and preventative work to help young people stay in mainstream education. This is a 16-week intervention not including school holidays.
