Join us for the second Inspiring Leaders Working Lunch with Professor Graham Abbey. Inspiring Leaders aims to support local professionals in developing their leadership skills, building meaningful connections and gaining valuable insights from across the region.

Our speaker: Professor Graham Abbey

We are delighted to welcome Professor Graham Abbey, CEO of Farleigh Performance and Director of the Centre for Purposeful Leadership at the University of Bristol Business School and trustee of Mentoring Plus, as our guest speaker.

Graham's work bridges academic inquiry and practice, focusing on the dynamics of trustworthy leadership, collaborative team effectiveness, and sustainable cultural transformation in complex organisational environments. His recent consulting work has been both global, (e.g. Hitachi Rail) and local (e.g. RWK Goodman). As a professor at the University of Bristol, he is responsible for their Executive Education portfolio and lectures on both leadership and organisational change.

If you are interested in how we develop leadership to respond to the changing business landscape then this will be a valuable opportunity to hear honest reflections from an experienced and inspiring leader, ask questions and connect with fellow Bath professionals in an informal and welcoming setting.

With thanks to support from RWK Goodman, proceeds from the event will go to Mentoring Plus, a local charity providing transformational 1:1 mentoring for young people in Bath and Northeast Somerset who are facing tough challenges.

Tickets: £20 per person, including a light lunch

Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to reserve your place as soon as possible.

Transport links: RWK Goodman's offices are a short walk from Bath city centre, and located along major bus routes. Please note, there are no parking spaces available on site. Please use Bath car parks if you need to drive.

The event is kindly hosted by RWK Goodman, with all proceeds supporting Bath & North East Somerset youth charity Mentoring Plus.
