B&NES or BUST - 50 mile cycle challenge for Mentoring Plus

Bring your bike and join the fun!

Explore Bath and Northeast Somerset’s beautiful countryside on two wheels, while raising vital funds to support local youth charity Mentoring Plus.

Led and supported by NICU Support Cycle Events, B&NES or BUST is a 50 miles circular route, starting and finishing at Riverside Youth Hub in Bath. We'll keep off the main roads as much as possible, taking in some of our county’s iconic landmarks including Chew Valley Lake, Midford Castle and the Twin Tunnels. 

We have 20 places available, and we are inviting our closest friends, supporters, partners and mentors to join us.

How to sign up

• Book your place: Entry costs £20, and includes a B&NES or BUST t-shirt.
• You will be encouraged to raise £250.
• When you have signed up we will send a link to set up your Enthuse fundraising page

How your miles will make a difference

Mentoring Plus supports young people in BaNES who are facing tough challenges at home or at school. Through year-long mentoring and inclusive weekly youth clubs, we give them the time, space and care they need. What we do is life-changing, but we can't do it without the support of our community. 

Every pound raised through BaNES or Bust will help us be there when it matters most.

Additional information:

• Support vehicle provided
• Anticipated to take 6-7 hours. Starting at Riverside Youth Hub at 9am and finishing there by 4pm. 
• Refreshments will be provided before, during and after the ride.
• Riders provide their own bikes and helmets. N.B a bike may be available
