Join us for the third Inspiring Leaders Working Lunch with leadership expert Dr S. Jane Craig, who will lead us through a fascinating and interactive workshop to explore:

• What is moral courage, and does it matter to us as leaders in today's context?
• How might I explore my own capacity to lead with moral courage and consider developing it further

About our speaker and workshop leader

Jane is a seasoned leadership expert and independent consultant with extensive operational experience at the senior level within the FMCG sector. Her career is defined by a unique blend of commercial acumen and specialised expertise in talent development, organisational design, and change management.

During her 18-year tenure at Mars Incorporated, one of the world's largest privately owned manufacturing businesses, Jane held diverse commercial roles across multiple categories before leading the Global Leadership Development Team. Today, Jane specialises in designing innovative team development experiences for C-suite and senior leadership teams. With a focus on the FMCG, pharmaceutical, engineering, banking, and healthcare sectors, she helps organisations create the conditions necessary for profound change, continuing to partner with Mars on its "Economics of Mutuality" platform to advise organisations on purpose-led strategy.

Jane's approach is grounded in the belief that transforming business begins with transforming oneself. A qualified coach, she brings a distinctive perspective to her practice, holding a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree alongside her corporate leadership credentials.

Beyond her consulting work, Jane is passionate about the role of sport in orchestrating social change. She currently serves as a Board Director for Bath Rugby, applying her leadership expertise to support the club's broader societal impact.
