A Day to Restore and Rejuvenate
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be enveloped by the serenity of nature. Surrounded by lush woodlands and the gentle sounds of birdsong, you'll have space to unwind, slow down, and nourish yourself in ways that support both your body and mind.
The day will include a blend of restorative practices, each chosen to help you release tension, rejuvenate your energy, and deepen your connection to yourself and nature:
- Scaravelli Yoga with Alexandra Jones, multi award winning retreat leader : Rooted in the wisdom of the body, Scaravelli yoga invites you to explore movement in a way that feels natural and freeing. Unlike more rigid yoga styles, it encourages grounding, fluidity, lightness, and ease, helping you release tension and rediscover joy in every breath and movement.
- Healing Sound Bath & Sound Healing: Allow yourself to be deeply relaxed by the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, where healing instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes will wash over you. This powerful practice uses sound waves to promote deep relaxation, release energetic blockages, and bring your body and mind into balance.
- Kundalini Yoga & Breathwork: Engage your energy and awaken your senses with Kundalini yoga—a practice designed to elevate your consciousness and foster a deep sense of vitality. Paired with breathwork, this session will help you tap into your inner power, letting go of what no longer serves you.

Due to not having a kitchen available in the woods we request you bring a pack lunch. Morning, mid morning and end of the day fruit, snacks,refreshments throughout and fruit and cake at the end of the day too.

I love to share a myriad of practices to develop positive energy and grow inner reserves beautifully, Scaravelli inspired yoga focuses on grounding, healing the spine through mindful movement and the breath. Working from the inside out, this practice brings a deep inner connection, new alignment and self-healing. I write and create my own unique guided meditations and relaxations. Accessible yoga, non-competitive, open to all.
I trained in Scaravelli inspired yoga and qualified at Morley college Westminster, London in 2006.
My work is intuitive, heart centred, practical and grounding.

Becky is a yoga alliance registered yoga teacher she is trained in kundalini yoga a powerful ancient technology designed to awaken life force energy. A total workout for the body, mind and spirit, kundalini works by freeing the flow of energy through the chakras using Mantra, Asanas, Pranayama Mudras, meditation and exercises to align your body to become more vibrantly healthy. Releasing tension, calming the mind and nervous system to radiate more joy.

Terms and Conditions for Yoga and Relaxation Retreat
Thank you for booking your place at our Yoga and Relaxation Retreat. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth experience for all participants and full understanding before booking your ticket.
1. Payment and Booking
A full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place
at the retreat. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, the following applies:
- Cancellations before April 1st: You will receive a refund of £50.00.
- Cancellations after April 1st: Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided after this date, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
3. Illness or Unexpected Events
In the event of illness, medical appointments, or any other unforeseen
circumstances, we highly recommend you take out travel insurance to
cover any costs related to cancellation. This will ensure you are
protected should unexpected events arise.
4. Transfers
Tickets are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for another date or year.
5. Cancellations by Us
In the rare event that we must cancel the retreat, a full refund will be provided to you.
6. Safety and Liability
The retreat is held in a woodland setting, which may include uneven
ground and natural obstacles. While we take every precaution to ensure
safety, no responsibility can be taken for any loss, accidents, or
injuries that may occur on-site. Participants are required to wear
appropriate footwear suitable for outdoor terrain to minimize risk.
7. Medical form must be filled in before attendaance.
