CODE Teenage Discos - Terms & Conditions of Entry

By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, both the attendee and their parent/guardian agree to be bound by these legally binding terms and conditions.

Health Advisory: If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of a contagious illness, we ask that you please consider the health of other attendees and staff and do not attend.

1. Admission & Entry Policy

• Parental Responsibility: Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring their teenager's safe arrival at and collection from the venue.
• Zero Tolerance on Intoxication: This is a strictly no-alcohol and no-drug event. Any attendee believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry without a refund.
• Searches: Searches, including the use of handheld body scanners, are a condition of entry. Refusal to be searched may result in entry being denied without a refund.
• Ticket Only: This is a ticket-only event. Cash sales are generally not accepted for admission at the door.

2. Conduct & Safety Inside the Venue

• Prohibited Items: The following are strictly forbidden: alcohol, illegal substances, cigarettes, vapes, chewing gum, rings, and heavy jewellery.
• Zero Tolerance on Behaviour: There is zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, fighting, rough play, or pressuring others.
• Consequences of Breach: Any individual who breaches these conduct rules or is found to be intoxicated will be removed from the event immediately, and their ticket will not be refunded. A parent/guardian and, if necessary, An Garda Síochána will be contacted. The individual will be barred from all future events.

3. Photography, Video & Data Protection

• Official Media: Official photographers/videographers will be operating at the event. By entering, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be used for promotion on our official social media. You may request the removal of any media featuring you by contacting us directly.
• Personal Devices: The venue accepts no liability for images or videos captured by attendees on personal devices. Responsibility for any issues arising from such content rests solely with the individuals involved. Taking photos or videos of others without their consent is a serious breach of our conduct rules.
• Security Surveillance: For the safety of all attendees, CCTV is in operation throughout the venue, and security personnel may wear body cameras.

4. Ticket & Refund Policy

• Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of a full event cancellation by the organisers. Tickets are valid only for the specific event date for which they were purchased.
• Resale: Tickets are transferable but cannot be resold for more than their original face value. We reserve the right to void any ticket without refund if we have reasonable grounds to believe it has been resold for profit.
• Fraudulent Tickets: We are not responsible for any loss incurred from purchasing a lost, stolen, or fraudulent ticket from an unauthorised reseller. Entry will be refused for fake or copied tickets.

5. Departure Policy

• For safety and safeguarding reasons, no attendee may leave the venue before the event's official end time unless they are collected directly by a parent or legal guardian who has notified event staff and/or security.
