Gaudy for the Years 1992, 1993 & 1994

16:00 ‘Life at Merton’ College Update and Research Presentation in the TS Eliot Theatre
17:00 Display of archival memorabilia from your years in College in the Lower Library
18:00 Choral Evensong in the Chapel
19:00 Drinks in the Ante-Chapel
19:30 Dinner in Hall (black tie or equivalent, no gown)
The College bar will be open after dinner.

For those who wish to book accommodation, please note that rooms may be up a narrow staircase and many have shared bathroom facilities. All rooms are singles, and each attendee must make an individual room booking. Rooms are only available to those attending the Gaudy. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests on this occasion. 

There are a limited number of rooms available in College, with further rooms available on Magpie Lane, in Corpus Christi accommodation. Rooms will be allocated first to College accommodation, then to Magpie Lane, on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Rooms will be available from 3pm on Saturday with check-out by 10am on Sunday. The Lodge will direct you to your room upon arrival.

From 10am onwards, a luggage storage room (though we suggest keeping anything valuable with you) and a changing room will be available all day on Saturday. Please ask the Lodge porters for access to either room.

9:00am Eucharist in Chapel (breakfast will also be available following the Eucharist, for those attending)

A limited number of parking spaces will be available at the Sports Ground. The barriers will open automatically for you on arrival, and you can reserve your space at the time of booking. Please email development@merton.ox.ac.uk if you have any accessibility or mobility requirements which mean that you require a parking space nearer College.

Please note that overnight parking at the Sports Ground is only available for those who also have a room booked in College.
