Am 31. Juli öffnet das MMM Firmian einen anderen Zugang zum Museum. Nicht über Texte oder Bilder, sondern über Gerichte, die sich entlang der Architektur und der inhaltlichen Räume entfalten. Jeder Turm, jeder Bereich wird zu einer eigenen Station. Was sonst betrachtet wird, wird hier in eine andere Form übersetzt: in Genuss und gemeinsames Erleben.

Es wird sechs kulinarische Stationen geben, die jeweils einem Bereich des Schlosses gewidmet sind. Jede Station präsentiert ein Gericht aus verschiedenen Teilen der Welt thematisch passend zum jeweiligen Museumsbereich.

Der Preis beinhaltet das kulinarische Erlebnis mit abgestimmter Weinbegleitung sowie ausgewählten alkoholfreien Getränken.

Die Veranstaltung findet ab einer Mindestteilnehmerzahl von 50 Personen statt. Sollte diese nicht erreicht werden, informieren wir Sie rechtzeitig.

Il 31 luglio il MMM Firmian apre un accesso diverso al museo. Non attraverso testi o immagini, ma tramite piatti che si sviluppano lungo l’architettura e gli spazi tematici. Ogni torre, ogni area diventa una stazione a sé. Ciò che normalmente viene osservato viene qui tradotto in un’altra forma: in piacere e in esperienza condivisa.

Saranno presenti sei stazioni culinarie, ciascuna dedicata a una sezione del castello. Ogni stazione presenterà un piatto proveniente da diverse parti del mondo, in linea con il tema del rispettivo spazio museale.

Il prezzo include l’esperienza gastronomica con abbinamento di vini selezionati e una scelta di bevande analcoliche.

L'evento si terrà al raggiungimento di un numero minimo di 50 partecipanti. Qualora tale numero non venga raggiunto, vi informeremo tempestivamente.

On July 31, the MMM Firmian opens a different way of accessing the museum. Not through texts or images, but through dishes that unfold along the architecture and its thematic spaces. Each tower and each area becomes its own station. What is usually observed is here translated into another form: into enjoyment and shared experience.

There will be six culinary stations, each dedicated to a section of the castle. Each station presents a dish from different parts of the world, thematically aligned with the respective museum area.

The price includes the culinary experience with a curated wine pairing as well as selected non-alcoholic beverages.

The event will take place with a minimum of 50 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, we will inform you in due time.
