Juval: der Berg  als Mythos und Spiegel der Seele.

Im Zentrum des MMM Juval steht der heilige Berg: als Projektionsfläche, als spiritueller Ort, als kulturelles Erbe. Die Ausstellung zeigt Sammlungen, Bilder und Artefakte zu jenen Bergen, die für Menschen rund um den Globus eine besondere Bedeutung haben: Kailash, Fuji, Ayers Rock, Ararat, Olymp. Die Sammlung umfasst Tibetika, Masken aus fünf Kontinenten, Fresken, Skulpturen, eine Abenteuer-Bibliothek und meditative Räume. Das Erzählen geschieht nicht linear, sondern atmosphärisch. Juval ist kein klassisches Museum. Es ist eine Einladung, das eigene Verständnis vom Berg zu hinterfragen.

Juval: la montagna  come mito e specchio dell’anima.

Il tema centrale del MMM Juval è la montagna sacra: come superficie di proiezione, come luogo spirituale, come patrimonio culturale. La mostra presenta collezioni, immagini e manufatti relativi a quei monti che, per le persone in tutto il mondo, rivestono un significato particolare: Kailash, Fuji, Ayers Rock, Ararat, Olimpo. La collezione comprende Tibetika, maschere provenienti da cinque continenti, affreschi, sculture, una biblioteca d'avventura e spazi meditativi. La narrazione non segue un percorso lineare, ma avviene in modo atmosferico. Juval non è un museo classico. È un invito a mettere in discussione la propria concezione della montagna.

At the heart of MMM Juval stands the sacred mountain: as a projection surface, as a spiritual place, as a cultural heritage. The exhibition showcases collections, images and artefacts relating to those mountains that hold special significance for people around the globe: Kailash, Fuji, Ayers Rock, Ararat, Olympus. The collection includes Tibetika, masks from five continents, frescoes, sculptures, an adventure library and meditative spaces. The storytelling is not linear but atmospheric. Juval is not a conventional museum. It is an invitation to question your own understanding of the mountain.
