Corones: der Alpinismus in seiner Reinform.

Das MMM Corones widmet sich dem traditionellen Bergsteigen – seiner Geschichte, Ausrüstung und Entwicklung. Es liegt auf dem Kronplatz in 2.275 Metern Höhe und bildet den finalen Baustein der Museumsreihe. Die Ausstellung zeigt, was es bedeutet, sich dem Berg zu stellen: nicht im Zeichen von Ruhm, sondern in Auseinandersetzung mit sich selbst. Pioniergeist und Philosophie treffen auf eine spektakuläre Aussicht, die Teil der Erzählung ist.

Il MMM Corones è dedicato all’alpinismo tradizionale – alla sua storia, all’attrezzatura e al suo sviluppo. Si trova sul Plan de Corones a 2.275 metri di altitudine e rappresenta l’elemento finale della serie museale. La mostra illustra cosa significa affrontare la montagna: non per fama, ma come confronto con se stessi. Spirito pionieristico e filosofia si incontrano con una vista spettacolare, che fa parte del racconto.

The MMM Corones is dedicated to traditional mountaineering – its history, equipment and evolution. It is located on the Kronplatz at an altitude of 2,275 metres and forms the final piece of the museum series. The exhibition shows what it means to face the mountain: not in pursuit of fame, but in confrontation with oneself. Pioneering spirit and philosophy meet a spectacular view, which is part of the narrative.
