Zimbabwean-born and London-raised, Charmaine is an Afro-expressionist painter whose self-taught journey in art has led her to challenge perceptions and open dialogues around identity, mental health, and the black experience in the UK_ Through her art, Charmaine invites us to explore the layers of our consciousness, using a unique blend of neo-expressionism, Japanese Manga, Pop Art, and African art influences_
