September 10th LAC Meeting with Superintendent and CEO of Hartford Public Schools Dr. Andraé Townsel
We're pleased to host Dr. Andraé Townsel, Superintendent and CEO of Hartford Public Schools, as the Guest Speaker at our upcoming Legislative Affairs Council meeting on September 10, 2026 at the MetroHartford Alliance offices at CityPlace. Dr. Townsel began serving as Superintendent of Hartford Public Schools in August 2025. Over the course of his career, he has held nearly every position in the K-12 education system, including teacher, dean of students, principal, and assistant superintendent, before rising to lead a district. As the school year begins, Dr. Townsel and the district continue their work preparing students for careers in the region's key industries. We hope you can join us on Thursday, September 10th for an in-person luncheon at CityPlace, located at 185 Asylum Street in Hartford, CT. |
