The Clio Duo
Two rising stars of the current generation Inis Oírr Asano (viola and recorder) and Alexia Eleftheriadou (piano) will give a recital of music for recorder and piano and viola and piano!
Inis Oírr Asano’s is a graduate on both solo instruments (and part of the Elmore Quartet) – which offers this widely varied programme of music written for the instruments I the 20th century. Any recorder and viola players must beat a path to this concert! You will re-assess your whole view of the instruments.

11am - 12pm: Workshop Messing Around in Music with the Recorders Piano
All are invited for a Recorder Workshop - to try the instrument if novices and bring theirs to play in ensemble
12pm - 1pm: Masterclass for Recorder and Viola Players
Individuals and groups are invited to play their instruments and receive free tuition and advice from Iniss and Alexia
6pm: Meet the Performers
A free opportunity for children and young people to look at the instruments and meet the performers. Contact tim@metrononme.co.uk if you wish to take part
