Offering a large variety of music that you can't help but dance to, multiple band line ups, fantastic stage costumes and endless amounts of energy, Souled Out Showband never fail to impress.

Plot reservations: 3x3 plots are now available. The plot is big enough for a gazebo. No sides are allowed on the gazebos, as these will restrict the view for others. 

You can erect gazebos without plot reservation however, these are to be set up behind the reserved plots or to the side.

You must provide your own gazebos, chairs, picnic blankets etc.

DOGS: Dogs are welcomed on leads however please be mindful that the music will be loud, and some dogs may not be comfortable with this

There will be several bars and food outlets on the day.

For Health and Safety reasons we have the right to ask you to take down your gazebo should it be too dangerous because of weather conditions or other reasons.

Some important information to be aware of

• If you intend to drive, please use the Croydon Road Entrance and park your car in the main car park on the left as you enter the venue premises. Disabled bays can be found in the small car park outside the main building. The Post Code is BR2 7AL.
• Please note we are a fully licenced venue therefore all food & drinks consumed on these premises must be purchased from our establishment.
• Ticket refunds will be refunded no later than 28 days before the date of your event
• Ticket refunds have a processing fee of £1 per ticket
