Sunday Reset - Ladies Only

Join us at 10 am for a Sunday Reset in the park! This group is for the ladies unless you purchase tickets for a private tent. 

Get ready to relax and recharge for the upcoming week with a sauna session with friends and neighbors! We will be set up in Peaceful Valley Park with 3 sauna tents and water (for drinking and cooling off). All you need to bring is a swimsuit/shorts, a towel, a change of clothes for the drive home and some friends!

This will be a one hour sauna session with 2 cool down breaks. That means we will sauna for 20 min, cool down for 5-10 min, sauna for 20 min, cool down for 5-10 and then sauna for a final 20 minute session. We will have plenty of water for you to drink along the way! There is access to bathrooms to change in and a warm place to keep your clothes while in the sauna.

Spots are limited so reserve your seat now so you don't miss out! Seats can be reserved in advance for $20. **We just opened availability for 2 private sauna tents! Bring 2 friends and save $$ PLUS get your own tent!** Any open seats can be filled on the day of for $30 cash. We will post if there are any available seats the day before the event.
