Mezcal & Agave Spirits Education

Founded by Heidi Roach, Master of Agave Spirits, Mezcal Academy offers education about mezcal and other agave spirits for people in the spirits trade as well as curious enthusiasts interested in learning more.

Each session pairs live teaching with a physical tasting kit sent straight to your door with four expressions selected to showcase the plant, the production process, the place and the people behind the spirit.

Heidi's courses are designed to be engaging and interactive and give useful information to make you more confident in your role in spirits, or simply shopping for your home bar!
