MOMSTRONG: Mom & Me with Bella Russo

We're happy to announce a special MOMSTRONG event led by Bella Russo! Bella has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for the last 10 years. Her goal is to help moms workout injury free with the focus on dynamic strength training, to make them feel healthy and strong in the long run.

This is a dynamic and specialized Pre and Postnatal class, designed to cater to the unique fitness needs of Moms. This class is a mix of strength training and cardiovascular exercises using your baby as weights. Babies all the way to 18 months are welcomed! Don't have your baby to bring with you? No problem, you can still grab your mat and join us!

Please bring a yoga mat and towel if you have one. 

For parking, you can choose between street parking or parking at Merrick Park (the venue is directly behind the mall).

Babies are welcome but not needed for this strength class!
