DISCLAIMERS AND TICKET INFO:

Cancellation/Refund Policy – ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO RAIN CHECKS. Additionally, everyone that purchases a ticket will be subscribed to our email list and the Jackson Health System email list (if they have not been already) in order to provide the most timely and up to date event info.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions:

Miami Mom Collective will not be shipping any swag or giveaway items. Giveaway delivery or pick-up will be coordinated with each sponsor & winner.

VIP ticket holders can pick-up their Swag Bags at the event venue from 6:30-9:30PM on May 14th. Failure to pick up swag will result in forfeiture of these items. Each swag attendee will be able to designate an alternate person to pick up their items if they are unable to attend the event.
