Lit&Lean is a nightlife inspired sculpt workout with silent disco headphones. DJ curated house music sets the tone for your sculpting and beat drops drive the cardio bursts. Come to party, get the workout, and skip the hangover. Yes, you will fist pump!

All the fun will be led by Liz who’s has been a fitness professional since 2017 teaching- cardio, barre, pilates, sculpt, dance cardio, and HIIT. Being a DJ herself and extensive movement background- Liz has culminated the worlds into her own method: Lit&Lean. Lit&Lean focuses on proper burnout of every muscle group on the beat drops to keep your workout feeling like clubbing. In true speakeasy fashion, Liz brings Lit&Lean to rooftops and club like settings all over NYC - with seasonal pop ups in Miami and The Hamptons.

WHAT IS MOM STRONG?

Miami Mom Collective is excited to have launched a monthly health and wellness event called MOM STRONG.

We believe that health and wellness is about more than just "working out" and that a wellness plan is not "one size fits all." Moms are constantly giving of themselves for their families and we are excited to provide focused opportunities for Moms to learn how they can better improve their own overall health and wellness (sleep, nutrition, movement, mindset, stress levels, etc...)

Have you ever wanted to try a new fitness class, or learn more about overall health and wellness without all the awkward things like having to visit a fitness studio alone or commit to a membership? Miami Mom Collective believes the best things happen in community so we are thrilled to provide opportunities to engage in wellness related experiences at locations all over Miami with other moms, all while learning about health and wellness in a way that best serves YOU!

Join us monthly at a different location and meet other moms who are on their own health and wellness journeys too. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged. Our hope is that we can help moms prioritize their health, build community, and have fun!
