Morning Mahjong | 10 a.m.–12 p.m.

A glass of wine or something fizzy in hand, a board of artisan charcuterie within reach, and a showroom so beautiful you'll want to linger between hands. Sunlight, bubbles, and a lively game are all that's on the morning agenda.

Mid-day Mahjong | 2–4 p.m.

You've wandered, you've treasure-hunted, and now you've earned a proper sit-down. Slip out of the Round Top bustle and into a golden afternoon of mahjong at Pierre Verona's handcrafted mineral tables. Sip something bubbly, nibble a little charcuterie, and let great conversation and a few well-timed Pungs carry you into the afternoon.

Evening Mahjong | 6–9 p.m.

The Round Top evening to remember: a five-course dinner by Chef Gino Llanes, followed by a night of mahjong.

Arrive to a welcome cocktail and a tostada of shrimp, mango, and avocado as you mingle and find your seat. Dinner then unfolds in courses:

• Burrata with roasted grapes, arugula, and pistachios
• Ravioli with birria and Parmesan demi-glace
• Oven-roasted beef tenderloin with baby potatoes, portobello mushrooms, asparagus, and red wine reduction

Wines are selected to pair with each course. When dinner concludes, we'll move into the showroom to choose a dessert, refresh your glass, and take your seat at one of Pierre Verona's quartz onyx game tables, set with tiles and everything you need for a night of mahjong.
