A drama by Kurt Peters about community, integrity and the survival of a small Midwest town.

Directed by John Frank

Produced by Midwest Players Theater in conjunction with Evanston 2nd Act Players

Grand Family Foods tells the story of Rick Erickson, owner of a grocery store in Millburg, Wis., as he struggles with conflicting desires to bail out of a losing proposition versus continuing to provide the anchor the store has been to a declining small town.

The story examines our obligation to support one another in a modern world beset with failing institutions and populated with political, economic and social leaders who are working to divide people.
