The Living Moment - Discovering Ordinary Enlightenment

Join Mindfulness Teacher and Author Mike Kewley at St. John’s Mill for an all-day exploration of Non-duality and Awakening.

Drawing on the world’s wisdom traditions, and using stories, direct pointing and guided meditations, Mike will demystify Enlightenment and invite us to recognise our original freedom which is always present and available.

This workshop includes a delicious vegetarian lunch and is suitable for anyone interested in who and what they really are, beyond the mind, and those walking a spiritual path towards happiness, wisdom and liberation.
