Join Mike Kewley on Sunday 18th July, at the Onchan Parish Hall for an exploration of Mindfulness, Awakening and Non-Duality. Mike will give a short talk followed by a 45 minute guided meditation, with time for questions and discussion afterwards. Teas, coffee and biscuits are provided.
